Everyday People In Brooklyn- Nike NYC

Back in the beginning of October I had the pleasure of working with Nike of New York City for their city page featuring the group Everyday PPL (more about them below). I always love working with Nike as they bring new and innovative ideas to the table. We spent the whole day wandering around Brooklyn which was great to see more of Brooklyn than I ever have before. We shot in Fort Greene Park, around the Hoyt-Schermerhorn mural, the Brooklyn Bridge, and on miscellaneous street corners.

Everyday PPL started back in 2012 to bring the who's who altogether for brunch and a party downtown. They have now spread across the country throwing signature parties. You can read more about their adventures in an interview here. I had the pleasure of shooting some of the group (Jamel, Ifrah, Elise, Yannick, and Brien) as well as Saada who is one of the founders of Everyday PPL.

I want to give a huge thank you to Hayley from Nike and her team as well as everyone from Everyday PPL. You all were fantastic!

NIKE Orange County - Training @ Fashion Island

In September, I captured some of the Nike Trainers and Influencers for Nike Orange County in Fashion Island. The two trainers (Samantha Jo Palermo and Marissa Gonzalez) were so great in front of the camera. They modeled some of the new line that came out a few months back. 

I also had the pleasure of shooting Vanessa, Stevie, Valerie, and Rebekah  at this shoot as well. 

I absolutely love when I get the chance to work with Nike; they always have such great creative ideas that I love accomplishing. Be on the lookout for more from this Orange County shoot as well as another in New York!

 

Lauren Williams: NikeTraining at Chelsea Piers

This beautiful lady, Lauren Williams, is a trainer at Tone House, a fitness model, and a dancer. She is so natural in front of the camera and I love her look. She has been dancing since she was 4 years old and has performed on Broadway and at Madison Square Gardens and it shows.  Captured her for Nike NYC pages. Thanks for being so great Lauren!

Training In NYC With Holly Rilinger

Holly Rilinger modeled one of the training looks that we shot at Chelsea Piers for the NYC Nike City Page. This chick is impressive.  She is a master flywheel instructor, a celebrity trainer, and also on Bravo's Work Out New York on Sunday nights. I also had the pleasure of shooting her for the launch of the BRAHAUS collaborative, so keep an eye out for her in there as well.

Training With Joe Holder For Nike NYC

Joe Holder is the founder of The Ocho System. He is also a trainer at S10 Training and Nike. He has a hand in community development for Health Warrior as well. He was a pleasure to work with on Chelsea Piers for NYC Nike City Page. You can tell the passion he has for health and fitness; it truly is his life. 

Nike NYC City Pages

I just got back from NYC last week.  What an inspiring city!  I spent a week there shooting with Nike NYC for their city page on Nike.com.  It was a rad experience to be able to work across all categories including women's training, men's training, Nike sportswear, and running over the course of two days.  After that I shot 'BraHaus' at Bandier, a Nike sports bra launch which went live on July 6th.  We shot with 5 beautiful New York local influencers who were such a pleasure to shoot with. 

It is pretty rare that I get to work with Nike direct as opposed to going through a crate agency.  It was a wonderful experience!  Hayley Champloux at Nike produced all the shoots.  I was so fortunate to have Nike master trainer and model Traci Copeland help me find moves that worked best for what we were trying to capture.  I really couldn't have done it without her.  All the talent was fantastic to work with: Lauren Williams, Joe Holder, Rebecca Kennedy, Patrick Frost, Holly Rillinger, Lucie Beatrix, Evan Cooper and many runners from the Wru Crew. Such babes. Thank you all for being so great and easy to work with!
